privacy
The Living Contrast collects the data needed for email updates, support and site security.
With your consent, we save your email in a Brevo contact list, with its consent date and source. This site sends no emails. You can ask us to remove your address. If we send updates later, each email will include an unsubscribe link.
payments
Stripe processes payments. Your email is passed to Stripe to prefill checkout. We store event/session IDs, amount, currency, frequency, status and date; never card details. Fan signup is optional and separate from payment. Only if you choose it is your email also added to our Brevo list.
analytics
We count interactions in daily totals without visitor profiles, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional browser analytics.
preferences & external platforms
Language and currency choices use essential preference cookies for one year. Language follows your browser preference; Stripe handles local currency at checkout. After you join, your email is remembered in this browser tab for up to two hours to prefill signup and Stripe Checkout. Closing the tab clears it. We do not request device location. Social and music links use their platforms’ privacy policies. The optional YouTube player connects only when you load it.
retention & rights
Temporary hashed network identifiers limit form abuse and expire after minutes. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores its content and images; it may keep security logs. Subscriber data remains as needed for delivery and consent; payment records as required for accounting. You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or contact your data protection authority.
